Per DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2016 dated April 19, 2016 that the commencement of Senior High School Enrollment for SY 2015-2016 on activity IV, Encoding and Processing of Data stated in pages 3 to 4 of the DepEd Order.  Specifically, this requires online updating of learners profile and enrollment status through Learners Information System (LIS) which was readily available last May 10, 2016, for information, guidance and compliance
