FOR ALL ENERGIZED SCHOOL:
Information from DepEd-ICTO that regions ARMM, CAR, NCR, Region 3 (Bulacan and Pampanga) and Region 4A (except Cavite and Laguna) will be expecting the delivery of their DepED Computerization Program (DCP) batch 29 will start on June 8, while delivery for batches 29&30, 29&31, 29&32, and 33 will start on July 1.
In connection, all recipient schools of DCP batches 1-28 are recipients of this new DCP delivery of either batch 29, 30, 31, 32 & 33. Concerned school heads must ready the following:
- Multimedia Room (ICT ROOM)
- Computer Tables (preferred long tables of sizes: 30″ x 8′ or longer)
- Windows & Doors must have steel grills (at least 12mm size for steel grill, main door(s) must have two different locks)
- Proper electrical wirings and outlets duly Certified by the Municipal Electrician (power source must be 60 amperes)
- Provision of adequate security mechanism (a. PTA formed security committee, b. coordinate w/ barangay & local PNP)
- Creation of School Inspectorate Team (school head, school property custodian & school ICT coordinator plus PTA president as observer during the delivery and installation process)
- must have 50 mono chairs for HS and 40 mono chairs for ES
- must have at least 2 stand or ceiling fan (for schools with warm climate only)
- ICT room must have sufficient electrical lighting
The DCP batches 29, 30, 31, 32 & 33 is the second phase of delivery, the DCP first phase of delivery ended with batch 28. For further information visit our SDO ICT Unit immediately for orientation and guidance. FOR school who are DCP recipient for batches 24 & 26, SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED REPORTS ASAP to the SDO ICT Unit. The DCP completion report must be in 2 copies and attached with 2 photocopies of the delivery receipt and 1 photocopy of documents given by the installation team.
